KEEPING BLUEGRASS ALIVE IN THE NORTHERN KENTUCKY AREA

Pickin for Memory is a Bluegrass Music Festival whose proceeds goes to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati to promote the awareness of Alzheimer’s disease, support Alzheimer’s patients and their families, and conduct research. The "Pickin for Memory Idea" was put into existence in 2005 by the Northern Kentucky Bluegrass Music Association and the Young Professionals of the Alzheimer's Association (YPALZ). Pickin for Memory will be on the 4th weekend in June of each year.
